PHH Prep Fire (Phoenix, AZ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Balboa School (Escondido, CA), 67-64 in a league game.

In their next game, the Fire face the St. Benedict's Prep Gray Bees (Newark, NJ) in a non-league game, on Sunday, February 12. PHH Prep will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record.

With the defeat, Balboa School moves to 18-9 on the year. The travel to Southern California Academy (Castaic, CA) to face the Rams in a Freelance game on Saturday, January 28. The Rams enter the game with a record of 9-7. Southern California Academy lost 48-40 in their recent non-league game against Centerville (Centerville, OH)
