Utah High School Basketball - San Juan edges Beaver

The San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT) basketball nipped the visiting Beaver Beavers (Beaver, UT), 61-60 in Friday's league test.

The Broncos (6-12) will now prepare for their test against Kanab (Kanab, UT). The Cowboys go into the 2A Region 19 test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, Kanab was tipped by Enterprise (Enterprise, UT), 56-52, in a league test.

The Beavers now own a 3-13 record. They play next when they travel to South Sevier for a 2A Region 19 test on Tuesday, January 31. Beaver will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 54-49 league win over Enterprise (Enterprise, UT). The Rams record now stands at 12-5.
