In their next game, the Mustangs face the Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) in a AAA Region 2 game, on Tuesday, January 31. Palmetto will attempt to move on its 6-16 season record. The Hurricanes enter the game with a 16-7 record after their 78-72 league loss to Southside (Greenville, SC).

With the defeat, Belton-Honea Path moves to 7-13 on the year. The Bears host Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC) to face the Fury in a AAA Region 2 game on Tuesday, January 31. The Fury enter the game with a record of 9-14. Fountain Inn lost 51-49 in their recent non-league game against Carolina Academy (Greenville, SC)
