The Blue Valley West Jaguars (Stilwell, KS) basketball felled the visiting Olathe North Eagles (Olathe, KS), 55-39 in Friday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (5-7) will now prepare for their test against Blue Valley North (Overland Park, KS). The Mustangs go into the Eastern Kansas test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, Blue Valley North went down by Bishop Miege (Shawnee Mission, KS), 59-56, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Shawnee Mission South for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 31. Olathe North will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 56-27 non-league win over Burke (Omaha, NE). The Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
