Bullard-Havens Tigers (Bridgeport, CT) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Kaynor Tech Panthers (Waterbury, CT), 58-47 in a league bout.

With the win, Bullard-Havens upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Tigers travel to Wolcott RVT (Torrington, CT) to clash with the Wildcats in a Connecticut Technical - West bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Wolcott RVT lost 58-49 in their recent non-league bout against Litchfield (Litchfield, CT)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Abbott RVT Wolverines (Danbury, CT) in a Connecticut Technical - West bout, on Friday, February 3. Kaynor Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record.
