Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Bushland Falcons (Bushland, TX) and the host Tulia Hornets (Tulia, TX), saw Bushland's basketball squad wallop Tulia by a tally of 74-42.

With the victory, Bushland improves its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Falcons host River Road (Amarillo, TX) to play the Wildcats in a 3A Region I District 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-15. River Road lost 48-44 in their recent league challenge against Spearman (Spearman, TX)

Next up, the Hornets play the River Road Wildcats (Amarillo, TX) in a 3A Region I District 1 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Tulia will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record.
