The Harper Longhorns (Harper, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Center Point Pirates (Center Point, TX), 64-31 in Friday's league test.
The Longhorns (3-16) will now prepare for their test against Mason (Mason, TX). The Punchers go into the 2A Region IV District 29 test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, Mason walloped San Saba (San Saba, TX), 61-39, in a league test.
The Pirates now own a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Junction for a 2A Region IV District 29 test on Friday, February 3. Center Point will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 55-47 league loss to Johnson City (Johnson City, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 3-13.
