Florida High School Basketball - Central overwhelms Springstead

January 27, 2023: Brooksville, FL 34613

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Central Bears (Brooksville, FL) and the visiting Springstead Eagles (Spring Hill, FL), saw Central's basketball squad wallop Springstead by a tally of 78-44.

With the victory, Central improves its record to 17-5 on the campaign. The Bears host Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL) to play the Coyotes in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 30. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a record of 9-13. Cypress Creek won 54-47 in their recent league challenge against Fivay (Hudson, FL)

Next up, the Eagles play the Crystal River Pirates (Crystal River, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Springstead will attempt to improve on its 9-12 season record.
