The Chapin Eagles basketball team (Chapin, SC), was overwhelmed 69-47 in Friday's league battle with the host Lexington Wildcats (Lexington, SC)
The Wildcats now possess a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to River Bluff for a AAAAA Region 4 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Lexington will battle a Gators team coming off a 59-47 league win over White Knoll (Lexington, SC). The Gators record now stands at 10-12.
The Eagles (6-14) will now prepare for their battle against Dutch Fork (Irmo, SC). The Silver Foxes come into the AAAAA Region 4 battle with a 7-11 record.
