Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Mt. Pleasant knocked off by Charleroi

The Charleroi Cougars basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Mt. Pleasant Vikings to 45 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.
The Cougars now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McGuffey for a WPIAL 3A 4 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Charleroi will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 47-31 league loss to Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, PA). The Highlanders record now stands at 10-8.
The Vikings (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Brownsville (Brownsville, PA). The Falcons enter the WPIAL 3A 4 contest with a 8-7 record.
