With the win, Crockett upgrades its record to 16-12 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Shepherd (Shepherd, TX) to clash with the Pirates in a 3A Region III District 23 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 15-14. Shepherd lost 52-42 in their recent league bout against Tarkington (Cleveland, TX)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the New Waverly Bulldogs (New Waverly, TX) in a 3A Region III District 23 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Coldspring-Oakhurst will attempt to upgrade on its 13-13 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 20-6 record after their 60-30 league win over Anderson-Shiro (Anderson, TX).
