In Friday's league outing, the Cook Inlet Academy Eagles (Soldotna, AK) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Lumen Christi Archangels (Anchorage, AK), by a margin of 64-33.
The Eagles (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Holy Rosary Academy (Anchorage, AK). The Knights go into the 1A Peninsula outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Holy Rosary Academy was trounced by Tok (Tok, AK), 65-17, in a non-league outing.
The Archangels now own a 0-6 record. They play next when they host King Cove for a non-league outing on Monday, February 13. Lumen Christi will encounter a T-Jacks squad coming off a 87-50 league win over Tanalian (Port Alsworth, AK). The T-Jacks record now stands at 2-2.
