The Harts Bluff Bulldogs basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Detroit Eagles to 9 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 13-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clarksville for a 2A Region II District 16 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Harts Bluff will meet a Tigers team coming off a 53-46 league win over Bowie (Simms, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 12-10.
The Eagles (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Maud (Maud, TX). The Cardinals enter the 2A Region II District 16 contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, Maud triumphed over Clarksville (Clarksville, TX), 48-46, in a league contest.
