Ohio High School Basketball - Eastern ripped by Valley

The Valley Indians basketball team scored 78 points and held the visiting Eastern Eagles to 51 in the Indians league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mohawk for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 28. Valley will battle a Warriors team coming off a 70-20 non-league win over Arcadia (Arcadia, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 13-2.
The Eagles (9-9) will now prepare for their contest against Waverly (Waverly, OH). The Tigers enter the Southern Ohio II contest with a 1-17 record. In their last contest, Waverly was routed by Miami Trace (Washington Courthouse, OH), 52-28, in a non-league contest.
