The Strongsville Mustangs basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Euclid Panthers to 39 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Royalton for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 31. Strongsville will meet a Bears team coming off a 77-73 league loss to Stow-Munroe Falls (Stow, OH). The Bears record now stands at 6-8.

The Panthers (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Walsh Jesuit ran past Padua Franciscan (Parma, OH), 75-42, in a league contest.
