North Olmsted Eagles (North Olmsted, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Fairview Warriors (Fairview Park, OH), 66-54 in a league bout.

With the win, North Olmsted upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Eagles host Westlake (Westlake, OH) to play the Demons in a Great Lakes bout on Friday, February 3. The Demons go into the bout with a record of 8-8. Westlake lost 67-61 in their recent league bout against Bay (Bay Village, OH)

Next up, the Warriors play the University School Preppers (Hunting Valley, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. Fairview will attempt to upgrade on its 7-9 season record. The Preppers go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 78-69 non-league win over Villa Angela-St. Joseph (Cleveland, OH).
