Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Simsboro Tigers (Simsboro, LA) and the visiting Forest Bulldogs (Forest, LA), saw Simsboro's basketball squad wallop Forest by a count of 77-28.

With the victory, Simsboro upgrades its record to 4-11 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Rosepine (Rosepine, LA) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 13-7.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Choudrant Aggies (Choudrant, LA) in a B District 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record.
