Texas High School Basketball - Reagan County tops Forsan

January 27, 2023: Forsan, TX 79733

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Reagan County Owls (Big Lake, TX) and the host Forsan Buffaloes (Forsan, TX), saw Reagan County's basketball squad knock off Forsan by a tally of 71-51.

With the victory, Reagan County improves its record to 21-9 on the campaign. The Owls host Eldorado (Eldorado, TX) to play the Eagles in a 2A Region I District 7 challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 11-18. Eldorado lost 48-45 in their recent league challenge against Sterling City (Sterling City, TX)

Next up, the Buffaloes play the Sonora Broncos (Sonora, TX) in a 2A Region I District 7 challenge, on Tuesday, January 31. Forsan will attempt to improve on its 11-15 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 3-14 record after their 69-29 league loss to Water Valley (Water Valley, TX).
