Ohio High School Basketball - Fort Frye succumbs to Point Pleasant

The Point Pleasant Big Blacks topped the host Fort Frye Cadets basketball team by a final score of 66-57 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Big Blacks face the Gallia Academy Blue Devils (Gallipolis, OH) in a Ohio Valley game, on Saturday, January 28. Point Pleasant will attempt to move on its 6-7 season record. The Blue Devils enter the game with a 13-6 record after their 57-55 league win over Fairland (Proctorville, OH).

With the defeat, Fort Frye moves to 5-10 on the year. The Cadets travel to Caldwell (Caldwell, OH) to face the Redskins in a non-league game on Saturday, January 28. The Redskins go into the outing with a record of 14-2. Caldwell won 72-63 in their recent non-league outing against Cambridge (Cambridge, OH)
