The Westwood Wildcats basketball team (Camilla, GA), was nudged 54-49 in Friday's league battle with the host Georgia Christian Generals (Valdosta, GA)

The Generals now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Citizens Christian Academy for a GIAA AA Region 3 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Georgia Christian will battle a Patriots team coming off a 59-48 non-league win over Terrell Academy (Dawson, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 14-6.

The Wildcats (4-13) will now prepare for their battle against Baker County (Newton, GA). The Bears come into the non-league battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, Baker County was nudged by Highland Christian Academy (Valdosta, GA), 51-43, in a non-league battle.
