California High School Basketball - San Jose knocked off by Gilroy

The Gilroy Mustangs basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting San Jose Bulldogs to 41 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Overfelt for a Blossom Valley - West Valley contest on Monday, January 30. Gilroy will meet a Royals team coming off a 53-42 league win over Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA). The Royals record now stands at 10-8.
The Bulldogs (5-12) will now prepare for their contest against James Lick (San Jose, CA). The Comets enter the Blossom Valley - West Valley contest with a 0-16 record. In their last contest, James Lick was outscored by Mt. Pleasant (San Jose, CA), 61-32, in a league contest.
