The Kingsland Knights basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the visiting Glenville-Emmons Wolverines to 33 in the Knights league victory on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grand Meadow for a A Section 1 contest on Monday, January 30. Kingsland will battle a Superlarks team coming off a 69-40 league loss to Mabel-Canton (Mabel, MN). The Superlarks record now stands at 0-15.
The Wolverines (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against Schaeffer Academy (Rochester, MN). The Lions come into the A Section 1 contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Schaeffer Academy dropped by Spring Grove (Spring Grove, MN), 65-35, in a league contest.
