Oregon High School Basketball - Griswold overwhelmed by Nixyaawii Community

The Nixyaawii Community Eagles basketball team scored 95 points and restricted the visiting Griswold Grizzlies to 20 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.
The Eagles now sport a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Echo for a 1A Old Oregon contest on Tuesday, January 31. Nixyaawii Community will battle a Cougars team coming off a 72-59 league win over Pilot Rock (Pilot Rock, OR). The Cougars record now stands at 6-8.
The Grizzlies (1-11) will now prepare for their contest against Elgin (Elgin, OR). The Huskies come into the 1A Old Oregon contest with a 0-14 record. In their last contest, Elgin was routed by Union (Union, OR), 71-21, in a league contest.
