Ohio High School Basketball - Westerville Central tops Grove City

Westerville Central Warhawks (Westerville, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Grove City Greyhounds (Grove City, OH), 48-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Westerville Central upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Warhawks travel to Lincoln (Gahanna, OH) to play the Golden Lions in a Ohio Capital - Ohio bout on Friday, February 3. The Golden Lions come into the bout with a record of 15-3.

Next up, the Greyhounds play the St. Francis DeSales Stallions (Columbus, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Grove City will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record.
