The Wilmington Greyhounds basketball team (New Wilmington, PA), was routed 72-19 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA)

The Eagles now sport a 8-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Slippery Rock for a District 10 Region 4 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Grove City will battle a Rockets team coming off a 67-54 league loss to Greenville (Greenville, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 6-9.

The Greyhounds (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Hickory (Hermitage, PA). The Hornets come into the District 10 Region 4 battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Hickory was routed by Sharon (Sharon, PA), 63-58, in a league battle.
