The Handley Judges (Winchester, VA) basketball knocked off the host James Wood Colonels (Winchester, VA), 68-58 in Friday's league test.
The Judges (9-9) will now prepare for their test against Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA). The Cougars go into the Northwestern test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Kettle Run went down by Millbrook (Winchester, VA), 77-57, in a league test.
The Colonels now own a 9-10 record. They play next when they host Central Woodstock for a non-league test on Monday, January 30. James Wood will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 69-64 league loss to Luray (Luray, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 6-11.
