The Harleton Wildcats basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Linden-Kildare Tigers to 12 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 7-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hawkins for a 2A Region III District 21 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Harleton will battle a Hawks team coming off a 46-35 league loss to McLeod (McLeod, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 18-7.

The Tigers (1-22) will now prepare for their contest against Hawkins (Hawkins, TX). The Hawks enter the 2A Region III District 21 contest with a 18-7 record.
