Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS (San Mateo, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting San Mateo Bearcats (San Mateo, CA), 55-28 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hillsdale upgrades its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The FIGHTING KNIGHTS travel to Burlingame (Burlingame, CA) to play the Panthers in a Peninsula - South bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 15-3. Burlingame won 59-42 in their recent league bout against Capuchino (San Bruno, CA)

Next up, the Bearcats play the Sequoia Ravens (Redwood City, CA) in a Peninsula - South bout, on Monday, January 30. San Mateo will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Ravens come into the bout with a 0-17 record after their 72-26 league loss to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA).
