With the win, Holy Cross upgrades its record to 16-6 on the season. The Tigers travel to Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA) to clash with the Cougars in a 5A District 9 bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 8-14. Edna Karr won 50-38 in their recent league bout against Jesuit (New Orleans, LA)

Next up, the Patriots clash with the Brother Martin Crusaders (New Orleans, LA) in a 5A District 9 bout, on Tuesday, January 31. John Curtis Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 13-5 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 12-9 record after their 53-41 league loss to St. Augustine (New Orleans, LA).
