With the victory, Lutheran Northwest upgrades its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Oakland Christian (Auburn Hills, MI) to play the Lancers in a Michigan Independent - Blue challenge on Tuesday, January 31. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Oakland Christian lost 60-57 in their recent league challenge against Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI)

Next up, the Hawks play the Taylor Prep Tigers (Taylor, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 30. Huron Valley Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 63-23 non-league loss to University Prep Art & Design (Detroit, MI).
