With the win, Hopkins upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Royals host DeLaSalle (Minneapolis, MN) to play the Islanders in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28. The Islanders go into the bout with a record of 13-3. DeLaSalle won 81-66 in their recent league bout against Richfield (Richfield, MN)

Next up, the Knights play the Becker Bulldogs (Becker, MN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. St. Michael-Albertville will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 7-7 record after their 69-54 league loss to Big Lake (Big Lake, MN).
