The Idabel Warriors (Idabel, OK) basketball nipped the host Okmulgee Bulldogs (Okmulgee, OK), 50-47 in Friday's non-league test.
The Warriors (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Broken Bow (Broken Bow, OK). The Savages go into the Southeast Six test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Broken Bow got by Madill (Madill, OK), 44-31, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Hugo for a non-league test on Saturday, January 28. Okmulgee will encounter a Buffaloes squad coming off a 67-54 non-league loss to Durant (Durant, OK). The Buffaloes record now stands at 7-6.
