Salt Fork Storm (Sidell, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Iroquois West Raiders (Gilman, IL), 42-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Salt Fork upgrades its record to 21-2 on the season. The Storm host Fisher (Fisher, IL) to clash with the Bunnies in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 28. The Bunnies go into the bout with a record of 3-16. Fisher lost 50-36 in their recent league bout against Heyworth (Heyworth, IL)

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Reed-Custer Comets (Braidwood, IL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. Iroquois West will attempt to upgrade on its 17-4 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 18-4 record after their 74-44 non-league win over Grant Park (Grant Park, IL).
