The Joliet J Hawks (Joliet, MT) basketball crushed the host Shepherd Mustangs (Shepherd, MT), 60-34 in Friday's league test.

The J Hawks (7-6) will now prepare for their test against Roundup (Roundup, MT). The Panthers go into the B District 4 test with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Roundup was trounced by Red Lodge (Red Lodge, MT), 61-60, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Forsyth for a non-league test on Saturday, January 28. Shepherd will encounter a Dogies squad coming off a 67-45 league loss to St. Labre Indian Catholic (Ashland, MT). The Dogies record now stands at 0-8.
