Ottoville Big Green (Ottoville, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Kalida Wildcats (Kalida, OH), 47-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Ottoville upgrades its record to 12-3 on the season. The Big Green travel to Columbus Grove (Columbus Grove, OH) to clash with the Bulldogs in a Putnam County bout on Saturday, February 4. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 5-9.

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Wayne Trace Raiders (Haviland, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. Kalida will attempt to upgrade on its 11-5 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 56-41 league win over Edgerton (Edgerton, OH).
