Texas High School Basketball - Klein Cain can't hold off Klein Oak

The Klein Oak Panthers basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Klein Cain Hurricanes to 53 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now sport a 17-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Waller for a 6A Region II District 15 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Klein Oak will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 82-52 league loss to Klein (Klein, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-27.
The Hurricanes (13-13) will now prepare for their contest against Klein Collins (Spring, TX). The Tigers enter the 6A Region II District 15 contest with a 19-8 record. In their last contest, Klein Collins nudged Klein Forest (Houston, TX), 66-62, in a league contest.
