Texas High School Basketball - Lake Country Christian can't hold off Midland Classical Academy

The Midland Classical Academy Knights basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Lake Country Christian Eagles to 60 in the Knights league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 6-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pantego Christian for a TAPPS 4A District 1 contest on Saturday, January 28. Midland Classical Academy will battle a Panthers team coming off a 79-39 league loss to Trinity Christian (Lubbock, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 16-15.
The Eagles (7-25) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Christian (Lubbock, TX). The Lions enter the TAPPS 4A District 1 contest with a 22-6 record. In their last contest, Trinity Christian nudged Pantego Christian (Arlington, TX), 79-39, in a league contest.
