Nevada High School Basketball - Lake Mead Academy topped by The Meadows School

January 27, 2023: Henderson, NV 89015

The The Meadows School Mustangs basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the host Lake Mead Academy Eagles to 61 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Democracy Prep Agassi Campus for a 2A Southern contest on Tuesday, January 31. The Meadows School will battle a Blue Knights team coming off a 81-15 league win over Laughlin (Laughlin, NV). The Blue Knights record now stands at 16-5.

The Eagles (17-5) will now prepare for their contest against Needles (Needles, CA). The Mustangs come into the 2A Southern contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Needles prevailed over Lincoln County (Panaca, NV), 67-60, in a league contest.
