Georgia High School Basketball - Paulding County falls to Langston Hughes

January 27, 2023: Fairburn, GA 30213

In Friday's league match, the host Langston Hughes Panthers basketball team scored a good 62-53 triumph over the Paulding County Patriots.

In their next game, the Panthers meet the Decatur Bulldogs (Decatur, GA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, January 28. Langston Hughes will attempt to better on its 14-7 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 13-7 record after their 62-46 league loss to Tucker (Tucker, GA).

With the defeat, Paulding County moves to 11-9 on the year. The Patriots travel to Douglas County (Douglasville, GA) to meet the Tigers in a AAAAAA Region 5 match on Saturday, January 28. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 7-13. Douglas County won 77-72 in their recent league match against New Manchester (Douglasville, GA)
