With the win, Russellville upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Golden Tigers host Red Bay (Red Bay, AL) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 30. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 10-3. Red Bay lost 57-47 in their recent non-league bout against Haleyville (Haleyville, AL)

Next up, the Red Devils clash with the Brewer Patriots (Somerville, AL) in a 5A Area 15 bout, on Monday, January 30. Lawrence County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-17 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 10-14 record after their 56-45 non-league loss to New Hope (New Hope, AL).
