Prescott Badgers (Prescott, AZ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lee Williams Volunteers (Kingman, AZ), 73-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Prescott upgrades its record to 17-2 on the season. The Badgers host Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ) to play the Eagles in a 4A Grand Canyon bout on Monday, January 30. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 4-19. Flagstaff lost 58-53 in their recent league bout against Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ)

Next up, the Volunteers play the Coconino Panthers (Flagstaff, AZ) in a 4A Grand Canyon bout, on Saturday, January 28. Lee Williams will attempt to improve on its 11-10 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 11-11 record after their 59-36 league win over Mohave (Bullhead City, AZ).
