Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Westchester Comets (Los Angeles, CA) and the host Los Angeles CES Unicorns (Los Angeles, CA), saw Westchester's basketball squad knock off Los Angeles CES by a count of 49-38.

With the victory, Westchester upgrades its record to 18-7 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Crenshaw (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 21-2. Crenshaw won 88-42 in their recent league challenge against View Park (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Unicorns play the Hamilton Yankees (Los Angeles, CA) in a Western challenge, on Monday, January 30. Los Angeles CES will attempt to upgrade on its 9-13 season record.
