Tennessee High School Basketball - Tellico Plains knocked off by Loudon

The Loudon Redskins basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Tellico Plains Bears to 62 in the Redskins league triumph on Friday.
The Redskins now sport a 11-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roane County for a 2A District 3 contest on Tuesday, January 31. Loudon will meet a Yellowjackets team coming off a 74-66 league win over Meigs County (Decatur, TN). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 17-3.
The Bears (5-14) will now prepare for their contest against Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TN). The Wildcats enter the 2A District 3 contest with a 11-7 record. In their last contest, Sweetwater ran past McMinn Central (Englewood, TN), 57-36, in a league contest.
