The Mapleton Mounties topped the visiting St. Paul Flyers basketball team by a final score of 61-48 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Mounties face the Plymouth Big Red (Plymouth, OH) in a Firelands game, on Friday, February 3. Mapleton will attempt to move on its 9-7 season record.
With the defeat, St. Paul moves to 6-9 on the year. The Flyers travel to Calvert (Tiffin, OH) to face the Senecas in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 1.
