The Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), 56-39 in Friday's league test.
The Wildcats (18-7) will now prepare for their test against Minooka (Minooka, IL). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 3-20 record. In their last test, Minooka went down by Oswego (Oswego, IL), 60-47, in a league test.
The Redhawks now own a 6-17 record. They play next when they host Naperville North for a DuPage Valley test on Friday, February 3. Naperville Central will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 52-46 league win over DeKalb (DeKalb, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 16-9.
