Georgia High School Basketball - Northeast over Southwest

January 27, 2023: Macon, GA 31206

Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Northeast Raiders (Macon, GA) and the host Southwest Patriots (Macon, GA), saw Northeast's basketball squad overcome Southwest by a tally of 69-56.

With the victory, Northeast improves its record to 8-10 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Central (Macon, GA) to play the Chargers in a AA Region 2 challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 7-12. Central lost 57-53 in their recent league challenge against Kendrick (Columbus, GA)

Next up, the Patriots play the Rutland Hurricanes (Macon, GA) in a AA Region 2 challenge, on Saturday, January 28. Southwest will attempt to improve on its 7-12 season record. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a 7-11 record after their 76-55 league loss to Spencer (Columbus, GA).
