Pine Bluff Zebras (Pine Bluff, AR) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sheridan Yellowjackets (Sheridan, AR), 43-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Pine Bluff upgrades its record to 16-6 on the season. The Zebras travel to El Dorado (El Dorado, AR) to play the Wildcats in a 5A South bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 3-13.

Next up, the Yellowjackets play the Lakeside Rams (Hot Springs, AR) in a 5A South bout, on Friday, February 10. Sheridan will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record.
