Smith Vo-Tech Vikings (Northampton, MA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion (Hadley, MA), 66-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Smith Vo-Tech upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Vikings host Pioneer Valley Christian (Springfield, MA) to clash with the Eagles in a Tri-County - South bout on Tuesday, January 31. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-6.

Next up, the clash with the St. Mary Saints (Westfield, MA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 31. Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 63-28 league win over Gateway Regional (Huntington, MA).
