Fans at Friday's league challenge between the South East Jaguars (South Gate, CA) and the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders (Los Angeles, CA), saw South East's basketball squad knock off Roosevelt by a tally of 60-47.

With the victory, South East improves its record to 9-15 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Yankees in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 28. The Yankees come into the challenge with a record of 11-13. Hamilton lost 63-38 in their recent league challenge against Westchester (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Rough Riders play the South Gate Rams (South Gate, CA) in a Eastern challenge, on Wednesday, February 1. Roosevelt will attempt to improve on its 10-14 season record.
