California High School Basketball - Serra succumbs to St. Bernard

The St. Bernard Vikings topped the host Serra Cavaliers basketball team by a final score of 73-61 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Vikings face the Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) in a Del Rey game, on Monday, January 30. St. Bernard will attempt to move on its 19-5 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 24-1 record after their 78-55 league win over St. Anthony (Long Beach, CA).
With the defeat, Serra moves to 9-18 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA) to face the Swordsmen in a Del Rey game on Monday, January 30. The Swordsmen enter the game with a record of 16-10. St. Paul lost 69-63 in their recent league game against St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, CA)
